You'd likely need this to get this custom made, as I haven't seen one of those floating around Spigot/MC-Market, which most likely means it is custom.

Just re-iterating what GAllen stated. This would be a custom plugin I actually had one posted on spigot for a while but I since then had IRL issues which meant the developers couldn't update it as I was their main point of communication for any bugs that were found.

As mine was custom it cost a bit of money. Due to the amount of features I had built into it (I had world guard GUI's that overrided the text displays when the commands were ran. Also had auto grammar formatting and a bunch of other features) it cost me around £250 to get developed.

Which upon looking back at that. It wasn't that bad of a price. I since then had another plugin valued as a massive overhaul of MCMMO and was quote £1000 for it and considering the workload being 2 months minimum to develop it. It was a pretty fair price.
