Do you have a plugin named featherboard? Usually if it is not configured properly, it could cause issues like this

I'm not 100% sure but from what i know i can narrow it down to:

1. Sign in a specific chunk.
2. BungeeCord issue.
3. ViaVersion issue.
4. Tablis plugin issue.
5. Scoreboard pluin issue.
6. A plugin + ProtocolLib or ProtocolLib alone.

Most likely its a plugin that causes it tho.

Give more info on the server specs.
Single; bungee; the server version; when does it happen; is it only you;
