Anyone know why this is happening...

Hello!
I am looking for someone who is smart and can tell me why is is happening. My server had a solid good 20 tps. Then all of a sudden It started to lag. I did a timings report and it is mostly this: https://gyazo.com/319b70cc2d3aa2f42d4b38ff61a3ad99 I have no clue why this is happening, I am on paper spigot 1.8 and mob spawners don't seem to have anything wrong with them in-game. I started to edit the spigot and paper .ymls to try to fix the issue but nothing is working.

Wdym by server logs? Would the console say?
