Anyone know why this is happening?

So I'm in my hub server and I open the menu to see the different servers,

I hover over my "factions" and "prison" server and both show -1/-1? The server is online and there is players in it

You might want to tell us what plugin you use.

-1 means that the plugin is unable to reach the server in order to query the information. Please can you give us further details (plugin name maybe?).
