Basically upload it into your schematic folder (inside of your Worldedit folder).
(Path is our private chat).

After you uploaded it correctly, you go ingame and type /schematic load [name of your schematic file]
and after that you type //paste

If you want to make a schematic of something that's too large for worldedit to handle (assuming it takes impractically long with async WE), try using Mcedit. open the level file, select the area you want to copy, then click copy and save.
for getting it in, just use the import function, place it the way you want it and then paste it
