Anyone that knows Compilex alternate

Hey so I'm wanting to start up a professional factions server. So I did some research and realized that some big servers are managed by Compilex (CosmicPvP, treasure wars, arkham, saicopvp,etc)

So I tried contacting them and they're not accepting any more contracts.

So does anyone know any good and reliable services like Compilex where they basically do everything for you. graphics, setup, ideas, promotion, management but you give ideas towards server (not sure if I explained right)

And also if you guys do know any how much usually would it cost for a company like that to fully setup and have everything done ready on hosting machines etc etc And manage it
