Anyone want to create server as partners?

Hey Guys! So I have a rough draft of a Server I'd like to create with someone, its just a rough draft with some Ideas that'd I'd like to implement, let me know your thoughts and if you want to collaboration on building a server, DM me at LogicalOLED#7328 if your interested.

I am 18 Years old.
I have owned two previous servers and been dev on one server.
I have good experience when it comes to plugin configuration.
I have a sustainable income and am happy to fund the majority of this project.

Here's my plan...

A Bungee cord Server
We’ll Have a website with social media and News
A YouTube Channel With updates
A discord server
Buy craft for donor ranks and in game prizes
This server has three different game modes

- Factions – Will have a store, trade, and auction.

- KitPvP / Hack PvP – This server will have the option of using a hack client

- Sky block – biggest island gets a VIP rank as long as it stays the biggest

Ranks
Owner - (Two hopefully)
Manager / Dev
Mods
VIP (Donor rank)
SkyMaster (Skyblock rank)
Challenger (Completes a server challenge course)
Elite Member (Do Something worthy are recognition)
Member

Challenge Course
Various courses around the server for players to complete to each challenger rank
