I just did. Learn java. If you can't understand these basic fundamentals you shouldn't even be using the Bukkit API.

I told him exactly what was wrong what else do you want from me? Should I write his code for him? He wont learn anything and he might as well just be hiring a developer if that is the case.

The "another way" is the correct way because you need to know java to use bukkit.

I told him how it is, why should I sugar coat it. If you can't write software with Java what makes you think you can write software with a third party Java API.

To make a few simple plugins you need to know basic java. Its like taking your driving test before actually learning to drive. There will be tons of errors and you will be confused.
