Anyone willing to create a OPPrison server with me? (Must fund with me!)

Ok so I have been having troubles finding a prison server so, I currently have $250 to spend and I would like to create a prison server with someone!

Guidelines:
Must not be a 9 year old xD
Must take part in the purchasing (hosting,builders,devs,etc!)
Must speak english!
Must have knowledge of prison!

So thats basically it, I will not host with someone who isnt willing to spend money!\
I have some pretty good ideas so once we get this going we have a possibility of being big!

Also:
If you are a build team, dev team, youtuber, artist, etc then comment below! We will eventually need all of those things so first to comment first to get cash$
