Okay, thanks for the help.
I appreciate the tips.
But keep in mind it’s hard to really make a decent amount of money being a “really good staff member.” The people often who get the job are professionals, who have hours upon hours of time to invest into servers they’re working for. And often “staffing” consists of things like writing rules and lengthy forum posts, reading hundreds of applications, and often times a fair amount of system administration.

You need starting capital, and the best way to get that is to simply find a real world job. Are you old enough for any?

It’s your money, if you ever go out by yourself or with some friends, buy a prepaid visa, make a PayPal and link the visa to it.

I'm only fourteen, and I have real life cash, but my parents won't let me spend it online because they think it's a waste. They say that the only money I can spend online, is money I make online.
EDIT: I've just made a post about a staff service, i'll run off of tips.
Your parents are right.

As yogurt says, they at least have the right idea. But you can make your own server for free, why buy a setup?
