When I asked him to provide experience during the interview he says "oh sorry I lost it because my files got deleted" yet all of the other servers he has worked for are very low playerbase servers or have never released. So how would a large server like OPCraft accept his application.

I see that, but there is a OPCraft staff member _MrMajestic, His name was MrMajestic_. Two different names with two different staff ranks. As it says above he was moderator. The guy you vouched for is staff manager.
