I am the owner of Apelox, a small server with a focus on custom minigames. Some of the minigames we currently offer include Hole in the Wall (similar to Minecraft Championship’s), Battle Grid, Payload, and Survival Games. More games are in the works right now, including a few that we can not think of a name for.
We are always looking for testers to join our community and help us improve. We are not strict when it comes to testers, we want our players to have a fun experience. But we do expect feedback when asked. We also take pride in developing our own source code, custom music, custom sounds, and custom art. We strive to create a unique and immersive gaming experience for all of our players.
Please also keep in mind that a decent computer and wifi connection is required if you want an optimal experience.
We often have group calls where we can discuss the games and provide feedback, so a clear and working microphone is preferred. We also sometimes all join one big call during the games (it’s a lot of fun). Having a microphone not only allows you to fully participate in these calls, but it also increases your chances of being invited back or staying as a tester on our server.
One more thing to mention, this is not a paid gig. Apelox is not making any revenue off of this project (as of 1/10/23). We are planning to eventually go public when ready.
