Apex legends scammed me

I bought coins from apex legends for $40 and they scammed me and I went to talk to them and they said I could have my money back in 7-10 business days but I will not be receiving the coins

Scammed you as in how? They didn't give you the coins? I've spent quite a bit of money and haven't had issues. It's pretty normal that if you get refunded you don't get coins.

I bought the coins I didn't get them I contacted them and they said I would get my money back in 7-10 business days

Ah, that just sucks then. Maybe you bought them during the recent downtime? Apex Legend servers were all messed up this morning. (~6am EST)
