I'm almost always on the move, and I currently use an iPad Air instead of a laptop wherever I go. It works perfectly, so I haven't found the need to switch yet.
I do have Photoshop and the lot installed on my desktop, but are there any good iOS apps that include the same layering/effect features found in PhotoShop? I don't really mind the price, I'm just urgently in need of an app.
What kind of graphics I'm looking to make: thread designs, image edits, logo watermarking, etc.

EDIT: I've tried the new Adobe apps and Pixelmator, but neither perform the actions I'm looking for.
