I noticed yours Ekooc, I'm not sure if NCP has an API, and I wouldn't be able to hook into AAC because its a premium resource. It's a good idea, but unfortunately, it won't work out... Thanks for adding an idea though!

Also this is sort of a suggestion adding on to your helpop/request feature, but maybe modifying your current system or adding a new "ticket" style system would be pretty cool addition. Forwarding unresolved requests/tickets to staff when they log in, and possibly adding a permission to mark tickets/requests as read or resolved

Ability to /mask your rank into another rank which is useful for staff not to get targetted.
Alternatively, ability to disguise which will disguise you into a random set of numbers and letters that are predefined perhaps.
Also, ability to see previous bans and mutes with a command which shows length, who they were punished by and reason.
Lastly, you could add a gui which could be called like macros with different tabs that can be set by the user. The tabs will have messages assigned to each icon which you can click and that message will automatically send to chat from your player. The messages could be things like the forum link, teamspeak link or maybe what to do if you want to apply for Mod.
