Basic Qualifications:
- At least is 15 years of age or older
- Experience with at least one Object Oriented programming language
- Experience with setting up Minecraft plugins
- Troubleshooting skills
- Have and use Skype regularly
- Have And Used Teampeaks And Discord
- Always Active When Needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Minecraft-related development
- Notable previous experience like previous projects worked on

May I ask why the server was down in the first place? How do I know this won't happen again?

what do u mean? why because every time we got it properly working we would get briefed and on top if that we kept switching hosts cuz the lack of there support last devs i had screwed me over made me spend hundreds of dollars so they could get there own server going they weren't even working on mine made me spend 175 for the ded box and spend about 165-300 on just getting plugins and stuff[DOUBLEPOST=1479263251][/DOUBLEPOST]i mean griefed btw

You have a high level of optimism. You'd like people who spent (possibly) years learning a programming language volunteer their time into a project that can go south at any moment, this won't happen.

The only way I see a slight chance of getting help from an experienced individual is if he's blowing time to see how things turn out, or wants to have an extra entry in their portfolio.

well of course but were not ready it yet things take time im looking for it because when time comes i wouldnt have to spend my time looking for devs who code
