Appointment plugin

Hey, I need a plugin where group A can appoint people to group B.
For example, If my group is Police Chief, I can appoint people to Deputy. Or if I am a General I can appoint people to soldier.

Commands: (doesn't need to be exact)

/appoint (user) (position) - appoints that user to the position, providing you are in the correct group to be appointing people. Will then send the user a confirmation message saying they have been offered a job.

/appoint accept or deny - accept or deny the position

/appoint fire (user) - Providing you are in the correct group to be appointing, you can also fire which will set them back to default group.

/appoint list - see who is appointed to what position

Zoot, a plugin by joeleoli is a plugin that lets you /grant “name” “rank” and i believe it has a grant gui also. Would reccomend it is a great plugin.

Despite the fact that the version upon purchase is broken. Jar specifically, you'd have to get src and fix :/
