Appolix MC - New Survival Server

So, I made a thread about a week ago about my new server with some... undecided information. I have decided on some of that information and I am now advertising it properly.
- Name: Appolix MC
- Gamemode: Survival
- Version: 1.14.4
- Staff Needed: Yes
Staff roles available:
- Moderator [3/6 spots taken]
- Manager [1/2 spots taken]
- Builder [0/4 spots taken]
Moderators must be at least 13 years old and have some experience
Managers must be at least 15 years old and have some experience
Builders have no age requirement and no experience needed.
I need feedback on the Chat Format and rank colors, so vote on these for me:
