Appraisal for 2 High Quality, Unused, Exclusive, Themed 1.19 Builds

Hi there,

So, I have 2 builds and I'd be curious to see what they're each worth - They're about 120x120 in size, but, one has some cool exterior.

The first one is for a server called TheCaveMC, and has a YouTube video showcase, as well as some screenshots, and the other is for one called SpookySMP, and this one only has a YouTube video showcase. Both builds are prepped and ready to go on 1.19, and even include various 1.19 blocks and whatnot.

Both these builds are fully custom, never used, and never sold.

Just a heads up to anyone, user doesn't even want an appraisal he very clearly has an idea of their value and is unwilling to sell unless you also want to buy the entire branding of the servers associated with the builds.

Attempted to buy one of the builds, he didn't want to sell separate of the logo/website that he has paired with the build and wouldn't even entertain a conversation to negotiate a price we were both on board with.

Don't waste your time with this guy...
