Appraisal on plugin config

I am buying a crackshot config file with 20 CSGO guns in it. What would be a fair price for the config file? The person who made the config wants $15 for the config and I don't know if that is a fair price. Thanks in advance for the help.​

Indeed saying you could pretty much buy a few small plugins off of spigot for that price.
