Try to incorporate some other blocks in there besides wood, it is making the build feel bland.
Other that that, you have a pretty good build there.

Oh that sucks. Well I defiantly would purchase the spawn. Looks lovely. Would go great with one of my faction servers. But sadly all my servers are being worked on the best of the abilities, so I haven't gotten any donations to go rampage on. But the money I do get. I Buy small servers, or I upgrade current services.
