Anyone saying you would get sued by google doesn't understand how IP rights work and what googles copyright registrations cover.
To educate them...google would need to file a trademark for the actual term TheBetterGoogle.com not TheBetterGoogle...they have to have the .com aspect also in the trademark. I have experience in battling and dealing with these sorts of suits/DMCAs as I buy and sell a lot of domains/Ethereum domains that have business titles. That is the basic answer without getting technical.
hepno I would put a parking page on your site and connect it to cloudflare. Without a parking page or connected to cloudflare we can't analyze the site data/page hits to determine what the value of the site would be. Those two things are easy to do and should take you less than an hour to do. Then wait 30 days and the data will be fairly accurate as to how the site will perform on it's own.
In terms of searchability right now there is no evidence the term TheBetterGoogle is being searched at all. So again just recommend you do as I stated. Again you are perfectly fine. The people here that are scared don't understand international copyright/trademark law in association with domains.
Personally see this as only being valuable as a backlink. Backlinks are priced strictly on organic traffic. Without that you will likely not get offers above $15. Good luck, hope you follow what I said!
