When you're placing a order

Our Refund Policy
Payments may be refunded if the order is already paid fully, is the first order under your AquaHost account, and we are contacted within 24 hours. All refunds will be made through the same method of payment. We may process refunds in other situations such as a flaw in the billing system.
Domains registered, SSL certificates, fees, taxes, drive installations, speed, and licenses may be denied a refund.
Refunds may also not have an active dispute, suspension, or termination on the service and person may not of violated our use policy
or terms of service.

Suspensions refer to a temporary hold of the services we're providing, this may take up your paid time.
