Aquatis Responsibilities
+ As an aquatis support member, you will be diagnosing/troubleshooting customer servers and ensuring their maximum potential. You will also be answering support tickets, make the customers feel important, make their day more fun/brighter & and resolve other types of issue.
+ Communication whenever something that is out of your control to escalation. There will be pre-testing to see where you're at!
