AquatisHost is searching for some support representatives. Over the past few months, my support has been getting slower on our LiveChat and support tickets and I absolutely hate it. I'm searching for knowledgeable staff to help whenever issues arrive. I'm currently in College right now studying for CompTIA and other certs. I and another support representative only manage the chat. I'm a nice and fun boss to be with and I would love to have you on my team!
Strict Requirements
+ Proficiency in WHMCS
+ Proficiency in Multicraft
+ Age of 15+
+ Good Reputation / No Bad Background History
+ Loves to communicate with customers. Loves to help out a new company.

+ As an aquatis support member, you will be diagnosing/troubleshooting customer servers and ensuring their maximum potential. You will also be answering support tickets, make the customers feel important, make their day more fun/brighter & and resolve other types of issue.
+ Communication whenever something that is out of your control to escalation. There will be pre-testing to see where you're at!
