Arandite Towny - Recruiting Partner

Hey there, My name is Matt or Kalcight. I am currently seeking a partner to help finish up the server and is willing to dedicate a good amount of time to get the server open. Now I am going to provide you with just some of the things players will be available to do once they join Arandite Towny as a player or even as apart of the staff team. So from the name of the server I can assume you know that the server will be running the plugin know as Towny. A few other favorites that we will have available on the server is Mythic Drops and Jobs Reborn. Here's the awesome part, with Mythic Drops we have 6+ tiers of items you can get just from slaying mobs on the server. There will also be 27 In-Game Ranks with a range of different perks for ranking up using cash you earn from jobs. If that isn't enough to make you want to come on the server we will also be hosting Monthly Events and be giving top tier items as rewards. Need that extra little push still, well we also have the greatest plugin ever made mcMMO, this is fun for players and gives you something else to do. Also all around the server the are Hidden Tags that can be found and then equipped to showoff to everyone on the server. We still have a lot of stuff to add to the server so I am not going to mention it all here. Hope to hear from some of you soon. I have two questions before I spend awhile making a lengthy application. First off is there a link to the server ip that I can check out? Second, how much experience do you have witmanagingng a server, Ive seen my fair few of owners who just want a co owner so they dont need to do anything.
