What am I Wanting?
My name is Kzero, I have been in the Minecraft community for a while, and I think it is time I really dedicate myself to making a public server full throttle. I am looking for someone to take on this project with me. Here are the things I am asking the person to be able to "supply".- At least 16 years old.
- Have working mic
- In a decent timezone to me (I am EST)
- Able to commit to the development of the server (Brownie points for knowing java development)
- Able to have fun, but able to know when to be professional
- Willing to help somewhat with funding of the server (this is not mandatory)
What am I Giving?
I will also be able to supply these things- Being 21
- Communicates well
- Willing to commit full force on the server and come up with ideas, whether custom or not.
- I am very humorous, but I know when to filter that out.
- I will be willing to split the server 25/25/50 starting out and willing to negotiate on this further
- 25% for me.
- 25% for you.
- 50% into the server's development and staff.
Server Idea
I have not talked much about the server. However, I do have some ideas on what I want to start.I would first like to start with a factions server; I would like to make a comp or OP factions; payouts will be based on whether our buycraft goal is met. if the goal is not met, then a percentage will go to the players.
After we release factions, I would like to release the custom plugin idea I have. I have attempted to have this made into a plugin. However, it did not turn out the way I wanted, so I want to have this remade. I will go into more detail on this idea once you are a committed team member!
