Hi, I'm Arches.

I am a builder and I specialize in HCF builds, but I can do anything minus large maps.
I have my own style, and I generally like to build in a fancy-medieval theme, but can accommodate most themes.

I've been building for a little over 7 years, and professionally for around 2.

Payment and Pricing

A build will not be started until a down payment of 50% is placed. Should you become unhappy with the build (never happened before), I will refund 90% of that down payment.

PM for pricing, as my prices can be quite different on size, theme, layout, build type, etc.
My quotes are for high-detailed builds, however if you're on a budget I can accommodate in the form of a slightly less detailed build- satisfaction still guaranteed.

Build Timeline

I work extremely fast.
Depending on the circumstances though, a build could either be done very quickly or within a reasonable time frame. During breaks and weekends, builds are done fast. During school weeks, work is done but not as quickly.

Before work is started, I can guarantee an accurate ETA.

All work (unless a down payment of 100% is paid) will be done on my private build server. I provide constant progress pictures as I feel necessary, but also whenever requested.

Communication

I'm a great communicator. I mostly use telegram, and because I have the app on my phone as well as computer, there is no reason for me to not respond quickly unless I am asleep. I have a pretty regular sleep schedule and I live in the EST timezone. Expect quick responses during the day time.
