I would prefer to sell everything together. That's just because the files are well over 20GB. However, feel free to make an offer.

Yes; it's monthly. The setup fee will drop off the bill on October 14th, 2015. From there, the monthly payment will be $49/month. The server expires on October 14th, 2015.
