EDIT: I forgot to talk about commission rates for sales representatives. Arctic Setups takes 15% of all commissions, where 10% goes to the sales rep who found the commission and 5% goes to the company. If there is no applicable sales rep, the company takes 10% of the commission.

'no negative reputation'
You could at least say little to no - rep because, as a manager myself, know how easy it is for a client to become angry and negative rep you. It's not hard for a developer or designer to get an uncalled for negative reputation.

The no negative rep rule doesn't mean that if we see a "1" in the negative reputation box that we would instantly deny you. We look into all reputation given, and if the negative reputation is something that isn't deserved, such as "Was slow to initially respond" or the ratio of positive reputation to negative is really high, then we are willing to negate the requirement of no negative reputation. Thanks for bring this to our attention, we will add more clarification onto the thread.
