Price is pretty good for what you are currently selling, lower price would help you sell your buildings more in your situation, but I personally think you should work on the presentation of the buildings a bit more - make a detailed description for each project and format the text as well. Regarding the attached photos - it would help you a lot if you have a 3D render of your buildings.
