Are my initial server costs somewhat accurate?

Hi,

So I'm looking to see if the server costs I've come up with are accurate, separating monthly costs and single based costs. My goal for the server is to start small, as simple as aiming for 20-25 players, the idea being a Skyblock server that starts out with enough interested to keep people there, but not overspend to where I could lose hundreds more than I need to. I'm curious to see if you guys think this is a realistic pricing range?

You're not gonna get very impressive builds for $35. Advertising budget is a bit low for monthly cost if you want to maintain a decent playerbase. Everything else seems somewhat accurate though.

What about buycraft themes, xenforo themes?

I already own buycraft themes that look good from my previous servers and I'm not really looking for xenforo themes, I already have an idea in mind for what I'm going to do.

You're not gonna get very impressive builds for $35. The advertising budget is a bit low for monthly cost if you want to maintain a decent player base. Everything else seems somewhat accurate though.

I'd only be looking for a single spawn build, and possibly a couple of other things, really just depends on where things go. Advertising wouldn't be my main priority off the bat, I'd rather have the server more functioning and enjoyable than go from there.

The plugins and builds yes, as this would be more of a fun test. Of course, it shows signs of success I'd throw more money at it and get custom plugins, builds, etc. Also, I should mention I'd want to have a part-time developer, to set up the basic server as I don't want to really deal with that, and pay him weekly, monthly, or give him a share of the server and a initial payment, whatever the deal would be.

In that case your budgeting for plugins is very reasonable.

What version? 14 bucks a month for hosting isn't near good for 1.14.4 or anything

Definitely not any 1.14 versions as most plugins aren't compatible and it isn't optimized great. Probably more like 1.12 or a bit later.
