Are Skyblock servers profitable?

This question is out to all the server owners on mcm.

Are Skyblock servers still profitable? I’m talking with a budget in the thousands. Is it still a decent way to profit if you advertise and market it the right ways?

Looking for honest feedback from past Skyblock server owners, or just anyone who has experience in owning / staffing at smaller Skyblock servers.

well, it is for instance Hypixel skyblock is a huge success

Highly, look at MineSaga for example. If its not the cosmetics you can sell off, there is crate keys and a bunch of perks and essentials commands that could really make a profit.

I've seen some servers make some really good money with even minimal advertising spending. You just need to run the server right and have attractive things in your buycraft.
