Are there any Xp shops out there that allow for the use of XP as currency?

I believe its possible to make "trade" signs through essentials that hook into and use XP, but that might not be what you're asking for specifically. You could get an xpfill plugin that allows people to put their XP into bottles and then sell/buy things with the bottles, but again I don't think that's exactly what you are asking for.
