Hello I'm matvapes (iFaze). I'm looking for some Java Developers that are looking out to code some small, but effective plugins for our upcoming prison server.

We are a 1.8 - 1.12 Prison server with a website and discord. (www.projectunknown.net) We take our server very seriously. Please contact me on discord here. Feel free to pm me about some ideas you got. Developers get a special reward once we release and during our uptime. Don't forget that we're able to pay once donations are a thing.

Hmm, I suggest paying the developer upfront because this wouldn't guarantee payment for the developer and their work. Not many developers would do this without guaranteed pay.

I totally agree with what you're stating. But my point of view is kind of cheap because I can't really pay a decent developer. Even though I'd like to increase my community by adding small but effective plugins.
