You know that a developer is not the person who sets up the servers right? A developer is the person who developers/creates all the plugins for the server from scratch, so it isn't a person who sets up the servers. Please keep in mind.

Being a developer means coding plugins? You're the type of kids that I hate, giving themselves 'developer' rank cos they know how to install plugins...

Exactly, this is what most kids don't realize, they wont get a job by saying: 'I am a developer! I setup servers!'
