Am I stupid and incapable? I work with tons of people every day for the development Ares in and I can assure you that they are happy with what I do and have no problem with me whatsoever. You are by far, the only person I've had to deal with in this manner before.

You say "Don't get into conversations you know nothing about", well, let me tell you something. Don't go around making false accusations against people when you jolly well know the person who's really in the wrong is you.

Also, FYI, "resined" is spelt as resigned.

My points still stand. No sign of work progression was shown or planned, and lack of self position awareness was present during your time on the network.

Regarding your decisions to essentially revamp our current staff with your own, and provide promotions to those you felt were under your wing, myself included, as you offered me a position after a disagreement you had with a fellow staff member.

Of course with the atmosphere you were providing and shaping, I saw no reason for others to leave as the rest of us were.

Not sure why the direct attacks of how incapable DrCookie is of running a server. Plans and deadlines were already in place of specific work and projects to be finished before you came into power. Acting poorly towards the remaining staff members and the project itself, solely because of your removal is really immature.

Great to have your opinion .

I totally understand your point, and I have actually been trying to contact you regarding that. Ever since you left, management has changed, we have gotten a lot of new members and the ones which were not up to standard have be removed from the team. I can agree with you when you say poor management, and no sign of work progression, back then things were not quite organised yet as we were just starting out. However, I can assure you now that things have changed.

Devouch, I left as a manager there. The team was poorly presented to me and the developer I have in mind was very immature and wasn't even fit for the job. In my mind anyone on the staff team had to have been immature seeing the server wasn't stable and ran off a small income.

1. All our staff have a minimum age requirement of at least 14, and anyone who acts in an immature manner is dealt with accordingly and 2. I've seen your budget. You got a $350 donation so I'm not sure what your on about. I changed my decision after reading all these post talking about your staff team and network. I never knew this would happen until now?

That donation was from someone who willingly wanted to donate, even though we had not released as he thought that the server had potential.
Please do not jump to conclusions.
