As stated in the post, you cannot apply for a moderation/management position before being Jr. Mod. If you are interested in being a developer or builder, please email [email protected] or apply for builder on the forums.

Thats dumb, if people qualify to be a manager and they have a very good resume and they are heavily experienced in their role I dont see why they have to wait in this whole process of being Junior Mod, stupid in my opinion.

Incorrect. Not every server has the same management standards.
Our server situates itself differently in management compared to other servers.

What if people are quick at adapting to new systems and learning? I'm sorry but that is ridiculous doing lower staffing, all that prepares you for is moderation not management or administration, and then when they get promoted to a management / administrative role they wont be prepared so whats the difference going through management roles first and then you can teach that user through a training course or something like that or are you too much of a lazy bum? The shit your planting "facts" is bull shit mate.
