I'm Pokey, and would like to say a few thing's about our company before to give context, you may skip below to requirement section for a quick overview. I'm currently a manager at Argon Hosting, and we're looking for support staff who have knowledge with pterodactyl, preferably WHMCS panel, and are professional. Argon hosting provides better ways to host your game servers like no other company, currently looking to decrease prices and have better support for people that are able to in most timezones. That's a quick brief about the company we can discuss more in later dms. We're looking for a support team, who can help people with problems, later on we will be adding plans where people can get extended support by purchasing a pack and the staff who interact with that person and accept it will get a bonus/percantage of that, anyhow, if you're looking for payments, we are going to be offering them later on when our business gets a bigger base and start getting back a bit more money.
What do we expect of you? We expect a professional behavior to the customers, handling support kindly, even if they are stupid requests answering the customer as professionaly as possible. You will be answering mostly Minecraft questions, but later on in the future there will be more Rust and Garry's Mod servers. We are looking for all time zones to cater for our customers according to there timezones not the company. Everyone will be working with each other so communicating is a big key to it. You are expected to give a notice before leaving even if it's a day before.
