Arkadia needs builders, animators, designers

Arkadia is an international construction team and we are currently several people who are responsible for several functions within the server, then I will say we need:
Builders: they are responsible for carrying out the orders of servers, therefore they will earn money with this, the pay will be what they earn per commission.
Animators: we are looking for people who know how to make hypixel style animations for our team, the payment will be made monthly
Designers: we are in need of designers both for the page, as for the renders of constructions, to make informative posters, among other things.

This is very poorly worded and what did you mean by "several functions within the server"? I thought this was a build/construction team?
