ArmorSets (Like Minecadia)

Looking for someone to make me a custom plugin where its armor sets, all details will be listed below. You can see an example at play.minecadia.com then type /armorsets.

LOOKING FOR
You can make custom sets where it does more damage and you take less damage. (NOT EFFECTS / POTIONS)
Then you type /set create and you place in the armor you want with the name and below it you can choose your damage reduction, more damage etc or if there is a easier way of doing it. I also want to be able to set particles around the set.

Its hard to explain but if you look at minecadia it will make a lot of sense
