Should state that they should remove the @everyone as it may seem like you mean that they stole it from themselves which doesn't make sense

Hey if you offer Graphic Design maybe you should get one of your designers to make you a thread design.

They really should, but the leaders of the team don't usually get stuff like graphic design for free, I know from experience.
