Today I will be offering some of my administration and management services for servers, companies, or any other entities.
VoidMC » Manager | As a manager I set up staff communications so staff were able to be contacted by different staff and players. I managed the server itself by making sure all plugins are up to date, that there were not bugs, configs were working properly and more. I made sure all of the rules were being followed by players and all guidelines were followed by staff such as SS procedures, ban and muting, and making smart decisions in general. I was also in-charge of their forums and installed all of the add-ons, themes, and set up nodes and permissions. I was also in charge of their staff team and promoting, demoting, and accepting or denying applications over forums. Resigned in mid-December.
HC-Gangs.org » Platform-Administrator | As a platform-administrator for HC-Gangs, I purchased a dedicated server and installed Multicraft onto to host the server on itself which was a smooth transition from their old host. I also completely managed their forums by installing different add-ons, and themes that were needed. I managed the server files and configurated a few plugins for them. The server failed and wasn't able to be released due to the owners quitting the day before SOTW. I resigned shortly after.
Pokeverse » Administrator / Manager | At Pokeverse I posted different announcements on the forums, did a huge drop-party which got 120 players and crashed the server. I managed their twitter and made a few tweets. Did a few mutes and bans and then I went into a stage of depression and became extremely inactive, I was demoted within a few months.

BlazeHosting, — LiveChat, Human Resources, & more.
JULY 2016 - SEPTEMBER 2016
I worked at BlazeHosting for months now and I loved it. They made it feel like you’re not doing your job when you are. They always support your good decisions and are always there when you need them. I have been doing LiveChat and Human Resources for them and will be doing more in the future. I have learned how to use tawk.to, have learnt more about customers, how they act, and you to speak to them and answers questions in a way to not give off any bad vibes.
FormulaHosting, — Founder, CEO
JUNE 2016 - SEPTEMBER 2016
This is a company I’ve been working on and has been going well. Currently, my 32GB dedicated server is full and will be buying one soon to get more customers in. From this experience, I have learned more about WHMCS and how it works so I can reply to tickets, make groups, and do much more. I’ve also gotten more experience in Multicraft and I know how to make servers manually, create users, set permissions, and configure Multicraft to the companies needs.
MountainNode, Ireland — Customer Support Intern
DECEMBER 2015 - APRIL 2016
This is the first company I’ve ever worked at. I asked the founder if there were positions open and he said no because of my experience. Then I asked the founder if I could become an intern for experience since it was the first one I wanted to work at. I worked there for 2 months then the Founder, Rian was exposed and he used $4,000 on his dads' credit card and he was 13 years old. Other than that, I did get some experience from this. I learned how to talk to customers in a professional manner, learned the first steps to Multicraft and became a well-known member of the company.
ApolloNode, — Co-Founder
SEPTEMBER 2016 - OCTOBER 2016
At ApolloNode I hosted Minecraft Servers for only $2.50/gb/mo and was pretty successful. I answered many live chat and support tickets. I used a 128GB dedicated server from Ian.D and he installed Multicraft for me. I set up the WHMCS module and sold 15 servers. I got pretty bored of ApolloNode and then sold it off to Mango and continued doing something different elsewhere.
NeroNode, — Co-Founder
DECEMBER 2016 - JANUARY 2017
At NeroNode I learned everything there is to web-hosting. I learned a lot about cPanel and how to set up its module and how to connect it to WHMCS. I learned a little bit about installation and some key things to know when you start up a host. I had 25 customers then stopped NeroNode because I couldn't keep up with it anymore. I just wanted to focus on school and working for companies and not stressing out about your own.
