(CLOSED - Found a dev)

Artifact system:

Artifacts are things that drop from mobs, or players when they're killed. The artifact will drop on the ground as an enchanted book. When a user collects it instead of going into their inventory it goes into a GUI. (I'll get to the GUI in a second.) Artifacts collected are based on your current XP level. Artifacts can have any potion effect on them and the maximum effects on one artifact is 4. Artifacts can also have: Health, damage and damage resistance. Here is an example for a level 34 artifact: +12 health, +7 damage, +2 speed, +0.5 Damage Resistance. The GUI will be a double chest. The very top of the GUI will be 2 emerald blocks. 1 in slot 1 another in slot 9. Between those blocks will be 7 books. The 7 books will be artifacts that are equipped. They are shown as enchanted books when equipped and non-enchanted when not equipped. Under those books there will be 9 more emerald blocks in row 2, closing the books in making the GUI somewhat fancy. Under the emerald blocks from row 3-5 will be all your artifacts. You click them to equip/unequip. The very bottom row will be 7 emerald blocks in slot 2-8. Slot 1 is a
back button, slot 9 is a "delete artifact" button. Clicking "delete artifact" takes you to another menu in which you can click an artifact to delete it. (Another GUI to confirm the deletion) The purpose of deleting artifacts is so that the player can collect more, and perhaps better ones.
Artifacts will be fully random, some may even have bad effects on them, such as slowness, poison, hunger.. I'd also like to be able to set my own multiplier for the increasement in stats an artifact can have per level.

Effects/modifiers I want:
- Speed
- Jump
- Invisibility
- Health
- Damage
- Damage resistance
- Strength
- Regeneration
- Hunger
- Absorption
- Slowness
- Weakness
- Blindness
- Fire resistance
- Night vision

My budget is $80-$120.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Looks like an extremely unique and interesting idea! I would've loved to have made it for you but I am busy with school.

Good luck!

More people will be interested if you post what you're offering, or the pay per hour and the developer will estimate how long it'll take.
