Artiko Designs Recruiting Thread Designers, Hand-Drawn Artists, and GFX Designers!

Hello,

This is the official recruitment thread for Artiko Designs, a team consisted of designers and artists who create wonderful art and professional drawings for those in need!

As you may have noticed, our Shop has already opened and we already have made a recruitment thread, both created by Prongedeel. After some decisions, I'll now be leading the team as an Overall Manager, or in sorts a Co-Owner. Prongedeel will still be assisting as a Founder, as well as lemmett.

This being said, you could consider Artiko to be under a mini "revamp", if you will. We are recruiting Animated Banner Designers.

As a member of Artiko Designs, you'll be tasked with creating designs and graphics suited with experience (ex. if you're a thread designer you'll be completing thread designing tasks). Our current payment plan will grant you 80% of a commission you handle, while 20% will go to the company to fund such things as website and advertising.

Although it'd be nice to have an organized format that users can apply with, I have no problem with checking out your portfolio or design thread to see what you have to offer. Note, that I will be asking for information such as your age and a mini-intro about yourself (this is for representation, and to show who is doing the commissions).

On average how many commissions do you receive a day for thread designs?

Clearly you did not read the thread - although I try not to be rude, we aren't requesting graphics, but recruiting a team to take commissions. Anyways, we won't be needing a Server Trailer creator anytime soon. I'll keep you in mind if we need one!

Many of our commissions consist of thread designs. There is a high demand of them on MCM, so we could receive multiple. There is never a set amount as you can not tell when people would like certain products. If you are interested in applying, please message Aedan for further details.

Although you could easily create your own shop, and receive 100% of the commission rather than 80%, there are a few benefits that I believe are included within the team:

1) Prongedeel and I are both two very active and reputable members of the community. We'll constantly be searching and replying to threads for commissions, and getting back to you as soon as possible with them. Surely, you could advertise and find commissions yourself but with our reputation I think we can find and get many people to purchase from us.

2) As we're hoping to expand out to other branches and services, you will receive discounts on any of our future services (15-20%). Also, considering I think you're looking to possibly apply for Thread Designing (?), you could receive larger discounts on other graphics, designs or artwork from the team.

As someone who is currently learning how to make graphics, what advice can you guys give? (Note I'm only a beginner; just recently found an interest in gfx)

Don't start off with free programs. Start with Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, etc. Depending on what software you use. Don't switch up.
