Artist for Website

Hello there! I am beginning creation of my network website and I need an artist. I am needing an artist who is willing to become a member of my network staff team. You will be paid on a project to project basis, and receive credit on the website and in-game (in the form of a staff role) as well. I have a low/decent budget for now, but you will be payed more as the server grows. Please note, I am specifically looking for someone who would be able to take on a possibly long-term position. I am looking for everything you'd seen on a normal server website. Backgrounds, shop icons, server icons, portal icons, ect. I really prefer drawn art, but rendered works in most situations.
