Actually, there’s a lot of different stuff that Managers (should) specialize in!! Content design, community, backend, social media, marketing — for your own sanity and your client’s sakes, I suggest figuring out which aspects of the job you prefer: for example, I love doing content / community events, but I find it a chore to muster up the continuous “peppiness” needed for social media/customer service (and greatly respect the people who can).

And of course, let me know if you ever gather up enough experience for a resume and want one professionally written.
