I doubt you will find a shared host that can do this, try an OVH VPS https://www.ovh.com/asia/vps/
Chances were slim but I'm willing to take it - I knew about OVH's Singapore VPS but my preferred locations are mainly the other two. The only problem is limited availability and for the other locations, the VPS I see listed are mainly provided by shady businesses.
The chances of finding a host in this area for $2/GB is zero. $5-10/GB is the absolute minimum you'll find. Historically this area has been upwards of $20/GB.
The only location you'll be able to find Minecraft hosting for here is Singapore - I don't believe the other locations are offered by any other provider.
