asian size to american size?

hey i bought this sick jacket off ebay but it was asian size and i didnt really know how it was going to be in american size so what would you go with if you're a medium in american size for asian size tysm

Not to be rude but Asian people are considered "small" so I would go for a large in Asian size

Sizing here quite similar to American sizing, I'd recommend going one size bigger if you don't mind having something thst might be a bit too loose.
