I am making an Mc Server and Im 15 I dont want to be arrested. My server will have donations and I am intended on making a profit.

I need to know everything from Taxes (In USA) To what PayPal services I should use either personal or business account. Everything just tell me everything that could be illegal or I should know

Use a personal account but if you start making $1000-$2000+ then you need to change to a business acount and pay taxes

I would say $1500+ pay taxes and turn to a business paypal acc. The government doesn't look for people who play a (no offence) crappy game and look for the server owners to lock 'em up.... They have bigger priorities

If you make around $2kish+ in one calender year then pay taxes

I'd talk to your parents about it. That's the best thing you can do. I believe up to $2,500 can be labeled as a "hobby profit" for 3 years and then you would have to turn into a business. Regardless, you need to talk to your parents about it because if you're claiming taxes I'm not sure they can claim you as a dependent on their taxes.
